A Grande Finale
Every spring semester, Zug Performance Hall fills with music, as graduating music majors bid farewell by way of a showcase of professional-level musicianship. In the Music Division of the Department of Fine and Performing Arts, the culmination of a student's college career is a senior recital. Behind each 30-minute program is four years of preparation and techniques and knowledge learned through eight semesters of lessons and classes. In fact, the average music student puts in 1,260 practice hours over their college career. Music therapy alumnae Bayla Cohen '14 worked in pieces from four languages into her vocal performance.
